Community Guidelines
These guidelines define how we expect every member of the PixelGem Zone community to engage with one another and with our platform. They exist to protect the experience of all players and to ensure that our digital entertainment environment remains safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
Why Guidelines Matter
PixelGem Zone is more than an arcade platform — it is a community. And like any community, it functions best when everyone understands and respects a shared set of principles. Our guidelines are not designed to restrict your enjoyment; rather, they exist to create the conditions in which every player can have the best possible experience. Our Eight Community Guidelines
1. Treat Everyone with Respect
Every person who visits PixelGem Zone deserves to be treated with courtesy, kindness, and respect. This means no harassment, bullying, name-calling, or personal attacks under any circumstances. We embrace diversity in all its forms and expect every community member to do the same. If you disagree with someone, express your view constructively and without hostility. Remember that behind every screen name is a real person deserving of dignity.
2. Keep It Clean and Appropriate
PixelGem Zone is an adult platform, but that does not mean anything goes. All communication and shared content must remain appropriate and inoffensive. Profanity, graphic descriptions, explicit material, and content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination are strictly prohibited. Think of our platform as a professional yet relaxed social space — the kind of place where adults can unwind comfortably without encountering content that makes them uncomfortable.
3. Protect Personal Privacy
Never share personal information about yourself or others on the platform. This includes full names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, financial details, workplace information, or any other identifying data. Our platform exists solely for entertainment and community interaction, and we intend to keep it that way for the benefit of all users.
5. Engage Honestly and Authentically
Be genuine in your interactions. Do not impersonate other users, team members, or public figures. Do not create misleading content or spread false information about PixelGem Zone, its features, or other community members. Authenticity builds trust, and trust is the foundation of any healthy community. If you are unsure about something, ask — our team is always happy to clarify.
6. Use the Platform Responsibly
Enjoy PixelGem Zone in moderation and with awareness. Our interactive modules are designed for entertainment, and we encourage you to set personal time limits and take regular breaks. Do not attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate any aspect of our platform or its embedded modules. 7. Respect Intellectual Property

What We Encourage
Beyond the rules, there are behaviours and attitudes that we actively celebrate within the PixelGem Zone community:

- Welcoming new players and helping them get oriented on the platform.
- Sharing tips and strategies for getting the most out of Gem Cascade and other interactive modules.
- Celebrating others' enjoyment and fostering a spirit of camaraderie and mutual appreciation.
- Promoting responsible digital habits and encouraging balanced engagement with entertainment content.
What Is Not Tolerated
The following behaviours will result in action from our moderation team, up to and including permanent removal from the platform:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any kind directed at any person.
- Hate speech or content that discriminates based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Sharing of explicit, graphic, or illegal content.
- Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
- Creating multiple identities to circumvent bans or restrictions.
- Any activity that violates Canadian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
How Guidelines Are Enforced
Our team reviews reported issues promptly and thoroughly. Enforcement actions are proportional to the severity of the violation and may include informal warnings for minor or first-time issues, formal written warnings with documentation, temporary suspension from community features, and permanent removal from the platform for serious or repeated violations.
